  • Blooms very early in spring (February/March) before developing leaves, displays yellow flowers.
  • Yields small ball-shaped red-pink berries (average weight 2.7 g and average length 18 mm).
  • Its fruits ripen at the same time in the second half of August.
  • Enjoyed when eaten raw, recommended also for compotes and for souring fruit preserves.
