• A variety with a medium-late ripening time. Obtained by Niwa Hodowla Roślin.
  • The plants are strong, produce abundant leaves, and have an average number of runners and seedlings.
  • The fruit is very large to large, broadly conical in shape, firm, and with a delicate skin. They are very tasty and juicy. The largest fruits usually have an air chamber. They are also characterized by a higher antioxidant content than the fruit of the ‘Senga Sengana’ variety. The extract content is 10.6% Brix (breeder’s data).
  • The fruit is abundant. The marketable yield is higher than that of ‘Elsanta’ and ‘Senga Sengana’.
  • The plant is healthier than ‘Elsanta’ and less susceptible to leaf and root diseases. The plants have also been found to be more sensitive to herbicides.
  • Based on previous experience and production trials, it can be concluded that it could be a valuable variety, both as a dessert variety (especially in the local market) and for processing – for the production of concentrates. Due to the difficulty in separating the fruit from the stem, this variety is less suitable for frozen food production.
  • The grower recommends growing it in a single-row system.
  • The abundant foliage and short inflorescences protect the plants from frost.
