- Blackcurrant. Recommended for commercial cultivation. A Scottish variety developed in 1984.
- Growth is moderate, with a rounded, bushy habit. Shoots may spread outwards under the weight of the fruit.
- Fruits are large to medium-sized, firm, with a thick, glossy skin. The clusters are short to medium in length, set singly or in small groups. In some years, they may ripen unevenly within clusters, but they do not fall prematurely.
- Fruits have high processing value and are especially suitable for juice production.
- Ripens in mid-July. Suitable for mechanical harvesting.
- Sensitive to American powdery mildew and white pine blister rust. Moderately susceptible to leaf anthracnose.
- Under Polish climatic conditions, the variety is cold hardy.
