  • A female variety of the sea buckthorn originated from Germany.
  • Its bush grows up to 3.0-4.0m high developing a broad-spreading and ball-shaped habit.
  • Boasts branches covered with a small number of thorns.
  • Develops lanceolate silvery foliage.
  • Blooms at the end of April and at the beginning of May before its leaves appear; displays inconspicuous and fragrant flowers.
  • Yields light yellow berries which ripen already in mid-August till September, gives abundant crops every year.
  • Soil tolerant, grows well in calcareous soils but requires sunny positions, resistant to adverse urban environmental conditions and pollution.
  • Rrecommended for hedging, pruning tolerant, branches well.
