• Bred and named by a German grower Dr. K.-H. Hübbers; hybridized in 2001 and registered in 2013; Mitternacht and Ginkona cross.
  • In 10 years grows up to 115 cm high and 79 cm wide.
  • Develops elevated habit with green sprouts covered in reddish streaks.
  • Boasts matt green broadly elliptical, lanceolate leaves which are twisted at rims and grow up to 8 cm by 3 cm.
  • Displays 5-6 petal corolla with light pink flowers with slightly rounded petals; they are intense pink in buds and white in throats with a burgundy dotted ring when ageing, held in as many as 100 in a truss; individual flowers grow up to 3.5 cm.
  • Totally cold hardy as all kalmias.
