- Cultivar bred by dr. K.-H. Hübbers, a German horticulturis from Kranenburg. ‘Ginkona’ and ‘Peppermint’ hybrid, 2003, registered in 2009.
- A vigorous grower with an upright habit.
- New growth with red stems.
- Flower buds pale pink, almost white, up to 100 in trusses, open big flowers, up to 3.8 cm across, white with a delicate pink shade and distinctly flecked with red on the anther pouches, above the ovary a distinct pink edging. You alway can find flowers with 6 lobes.
- Totally cold hardy as all kalmias.
