- Wide shrub, 3 m high.
- Single petal flowers, redpurple in colouring, a heavy bloomer, extremely fragrant. Blooms profusely in the second half of May. Flowers in buds are darker.
- Sensitive to drought.
- Needs full sun.
- Suitable for zone 5a USDA.
